Is buying off-plan at CITYSTAR secure?
The reservation is signed directly at the notary, and every payment goes through the notary’s office. Construction is 100% equity-funded: it relies neither on developer loans nor on off-plan sales.
How does buying work?
You reserve your villa at the notary, with 30% of the price. The split of the balance up to handover is being confirmed with the developer; your adviser will send you the detailed schedule.
Can I buy with a mortgage?
Yes. The developer accepts purchases financed by a bank mortgage. Your adviser will guide you through the steps with your bank.
When will the estate be delivered?
Delivery is planned for August 2027. The dates of the intermediate construction stages are being confirmed with the developer.
How many villas does CITYSTAR have?
14 villas in three types. Each has its own plot, up to 2,000 m², and its own pool.
Where is the estate?
In Oulad Hassoune, Marrakech prefecture, close to the Palmeraie. Jemaa el-Fna square and the airport are both under 19 minutes away.
What are the areas?
Type A: 585 m². Type B: 536 m². Type C: 525 m². Areas are built areas; plots are given on each villa page.
Is one villa suited to reduced mobility?
Yes, villa type A: lift, accessible bathrooms and generous circulation.
What do the villas cost?
Prices are given on request, together with the detailed payment schedule for the villa you are interested in. Ask an adviser to call you back.
Can we visit?
The 360° aerial tour is open online. An on-site viewing is arranged by the concierge once your access request has been reviewed.
Are the floor plans available?
Yes: ground floor and upper floor for each type, enlargeable on the site, plus a PDF brochure per villa, sent on request.
