The aim of the project is to build a residential complex comprising 14 villas specially designed to meet the specific needs of residents. The luxury villas will provide a safe, comfortable and accessible environment for all, with a particular focus on inclusion and access for people with special needs. The project includes three different types of villas, A, B and C, to meet the requirements and preferences of .

SITUATION OF THE PROJECT
The project for the construction of a housing estate comprising 14 villas is located in the Wilaya of the Marrakech- Safi region, Prefecture of Marrakech, commune of Oulad Hassoune, Douar Oulad Jellal, property known as: Melk Moulay Abdellah.
The land on which the project is to be carried out is the subject of Land Title No.: 51619/43
The land has a total surface area of: 3h 68a 90c or 36,890 m2


PROJECT DESCRIPTION
ARCHITECTURALE DESIGN:
The villas will be designed to offer barrier-free accessibility for people with reduced mobility, while taking comfort and aesthetics into account. Interior spaces will be designed to facilitate wheelchair circulation and offer flexibility of configuration.
INTERIOR FEATURES :
Each villa will be equipped with features suitable for people with special needs, such as ramps, wider doors, adapted bathrooms and accessible keys and sockets.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
The residential complex will include easy-access walkways, appropriate green spaces for recreation, inclusive play areas and dedicated parking for people with mobility impairments. Safety features such as ramps at entrances will also be provided.
